The new iOS 9 update is extremely frustrating for me since I used to be able to clear my history daily and still stay logged into websites. Now you don’t have an option to just clear history & I have to log back into favorite websites every time after clearing. Bad move for Apple, updates should be an improvement for users.

This would also be helpful if those options are there on step #2 For Private mod Because i cant do that either.

Unfortunately the clear history is still not available on my iPad mini 2nd gen, my iPhone 6 or my iPhone 5s as described above. All devices are upgraded to IOS 8.4. The only way to clear the history is to individually remove each entry, which is very tedious! On my iPad Air 1st gen I can clear the history as you describe. Hopefully there’s a way I’m not aware of or Apple will fix it!
