Step #1. Launch Pokémon Go on your iOS device.

Step #2. Next, tap on the Poké Ball icon at the bottom center of the screen.

That's it! You will be able to get your Defender Bonus once every 20 hours. Hence, you will have to wait for the next 20 hours to have more rewards.

You need to get Candy and Stardust to level up your Pokemon. Make sure to use these precious items smartly.
