Step #1. While trying to reply or send a new message, tap on smiley face icon in Messages app on your Apple Watch.
Step#2. Force Touch on any emoji to change its color. If you want to give different expressions to the emoji, you can easily do so by turning the Digital Crown.
If you enjoy sending heart emoji, you have the option to change its color as well. There are three available colors for heart emoji-red, blue and purple.
