If you select Light, you need to give less pressure on screen, and if you choose Firm, you should give more pressure.

Moreover, if any user has soft skin, s/he can choose Light as a gentle touch would initiate action on the screen. And if a user has rough skin, s/he may select Firm option because his/her touch wouldn’t wake up the screen of iPhones.

It is advisable to go for 3D TOUCH SENSITIVITY TEST of each level so that you get the best option while operating your iPhone.
