How to Add Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Profiles to iPhone Contacts

Step #1. Launch Contacts app on your iPhone.

Step #2. Tap on a contact you want to edit.

Step #3. Tap on Edit button from the top right corner of iPhone screen.

Step #4. Scroll down and tap on “add social profile.”

Step #5. Type in social profile of the contact. For example, if you are entering the Twitter handle, put @ before Twitter ID.

Step #6. Once you enter social media profile or ID of any contact, tap on Done from the top right corner.

Now that social media profile will be flashed below the phone number of a contact.

Similarly, keep adding social media profiles of any contacts by “add social profile” in Edit mode. Note that you can add Facebook, Flickr, LinkedIn, Myspace, and Sina Weibo to the contact.

One by one, you can set each profile of your contact. Once social profiles are set, you can directly interact with your contacts from the Phone app.

In case you wish to delete any of the Social media profile;

Step #1. Select contact → Tap on Edit → Scroll down till social profiles.

Step #2. Tap on Red “” icon → Tap on Delete.
