It’s been over two weeks since I started testing out iOS 10. Although there are several stock apps like Photos, Safari which have got exciting features; one app that has really won me over is Messages. Really.
Messages app has got a lot of exclusive features like, Individual Read Receipt, Markup, Bubble Effects and Screen Effects, which allows you to send animated background with your messages. As for instance, if you wish to make your friend feel the dazzle of fireworks, you have the option to add the screen effects to spice up messaging.
Things you need to know before we start

- There are some built-in screen effects such as confetti, fireworks, balloons, etc.
- iOS 10 lets you send a screen effect from the Messages app, the new interactive notifications, even from the lock screen on your device.
- Currently, iOS 10 screen effects don’t show up in Messages on Mac.
