watchOS 3 is widely considered to be a major shot in the arm for Apple Watch. Apart from a redesigned UI, there are a number of exciting features like iOS-style Control Center that have immensely enhanced the user experience.
As soon as I had a look at the watchOS 3 and gave it a try for a couple of days, it really passed my acid test with good marks.
One of the things that I like about the latest watchOS version is that it's a lot easier to add, change, remove or even rearrange Apple Watch face. Besides, you can do it all without even touching your smartwatch-right from your iPhone!
How to Manage Watch Faces in watchOS 3
How to Add a New Apple Watch Face in watchOS 3
Step #1. Launch the Watch app on your iPhone.
Step #2. Next up, you have to tap on Face Gallery tab from the bottom.
Step #3. On the next screen, you will see a lot of cool watch faces. Select the one you like and then tap on it.
Step #4. Up next, you have the option to customize the watch face and add complications as per your liking.
Step #5. In the end, tap on Add to include it in the list of My Faces.
Now, you can set it as your Watch face anytime you want. (Adding a new watch face on Apple Watch is same as before. Press on the display of your Apple Watch face, then swipe all the way to the right and tap on the (+) icon to add, swipe up/down to scroll through the available watch faces, tap on the one you like to add.)
How to Remove/Rearrange Watch Faces in watchOS 3
Step #1. Open Watch app on your iPhone.
Step #2. Make sure My Watch tab is selected at the bottom. Next up, you have to tap on Edit which is before MY FACES.
Step #3. Now, if you want to remove any watch face, simply tap on the red button to the left of it and then tap on Remove.
Step #4. Finally, you need to tap on Done from the top right corner to confirm the change.
You can tap on a watch face from the MY FACES list and then tap on the Remove Watch Face.
In order to rearrange the watch faces, simply hold on the “three small lines” and drag it where you want to place it.
