Step #1. Open any web browser on your iOS device and head over to FIFA Football (soccer) World Cup 2018 Russia – Fixture calendar page.

Note: One thing worth mentioning upfront is that it’s not an official calendar because FIFA doesn’t provide an option to add calendar feed. However, it does fine work in keeping you posted!

Step #2. Now, tap on the Subscribe to Calendar button.

Step #4. Tap on the Done button to confirm.

Now, the calendar will be added to your device and automatically be set as per your time zone.

Customize the FIFA Calendar:

You can also customize your FIFA calendar. It’s dead simple. Simply open the Calendar app on your device → Calendars → tap on the “i” button next to FIFA World Cup 2018.

Now, you have the option to change the name of the calendar and even select a nice color for the events label. And yes, do check out the option to get event alerts. If you don’t want to get the notifications about FIFA fixtures, simply turn off the switch next to Event Alerts.

Remove FIFA World Cup Calendar from Your iOS Device

Once the mega event is over, you can remove its calendar from your iOS device.

Step #1. Open Settings app on your iOS device.

Note: alternately, you can open the Calendar app → Calendars → FIFA World Cup 2018 → and remove it.

That’s done! It will get rid of the calendar from your device.

Getting the world cup schedule to your macOS calendar is just as simple.

How to Get FIFA World Cup 2018 Fixture on Mac Calendar

Step #1. Open any web browser on your Mac and go to FIFA Football (soccer) World Cup 2018 Russia – Fixture calendar page.

Step #2. Now, you need to click on the Subscribe to Calendar button.

You will get a message asking if you want to allow this page to open Calendar app. Click on Allow.

Or You would be recommended to open this type of link in the associated app. Click Open Calendar.

Step #3. Next, you should see the URL of the calendar. Click the Subscribe button.

Step #4. Next up, you will have the option to ideally customize the calendar subscription a bit.

For instance, you get the option to change the name of the calendar, choose a cool color for the events labels and even select a preferred location of the calendar. Plus, do check out the option to ignore alerts and even remove attachments or alerts.

Tip: If you wish to sync this calendar across your device, be sure to select iCloud as the location (by default, it’s chosen).

After you have perfectly fine-tuned the setting, hit OK.

That’s pretty much it! Finally, you have got the entire calendar for possibly the biggest sports event.

How to Remove World Cup Calendar from macOS

Post the world cup; you may want to delete the calendar from your macOS. It’s just as straightforward.

Step #1. Open Calendar app on your Mac → Go to FIFA World Cup from the left sidebar.
