During a year, I download lot many iBooks on my iPhone 6, and then I tend to sync those iBooks between Mac and iPhone, simply because I could read the books on a bigger screen. But this poses a risk of getting my iBooks read by somebody else.
Why should I allow anybody to read my books for which I have paid my hard earned bucks? And therefore I learnt how I can hide iCloud books in iBooks. It is quite easy.
How to Hide iCloud Books in iBooks on iPhone and iPad
Step #1. Tap on iBooks from the Home screen of your iPhone.
Step #2. Tap on My Books option from the bottom menu → Now tap on All Books option.
A menu will swipe up from the bottom of your iPhone's screen. You can see Hide iCloud Books option at the bottom of screen.
Step #4. Toggle the option OFF.
Above steps will hide any book stored in iCloud that is not downloaded yet. If you want to show some books from iCloud, just ensure that you tap on the cloud download button to download the books first before hiding iCloud books.
This was about hiding your books on iPhone and iPad, you can also hide your iCloud books on Mac in few simple steps.

In a bookworm's library, there can be many iBooks, and some books may contain objectionable content or content not supposed to be read by kids. For such users, this can be a better way to keep some books hidden. This will make your library neat and clean.
