Step #1. Open Settings app on your iOS device. Then, tap on General.

Step #2. Scroll down and tap on Profile.

Step #3. On the profile page, tap on iOS Beta Software Profile.

Step #4. On the next screen, tap on Delete Profile option. Tap on it.

Step #5. Now, reboot your iOS device. Next, head over to Apple developer center and download the iOS beta software profile again.

After the profile has been installed on your device, launch Settings → General → Software Update. Try downloading the beta file again.
