Make sure to disable Reduce Motion on your device. When it’s turned on, the motion of the user interface including the parallax effect of app icons is reduced. Hence, Bubble Effect doesn’t work at its best when it’s enabled.

Step #1. Launch Settings app on your iOS device → Tap on General.
