Just imagine what you would do with your iPhone or iPad without apps. As of today, all our activities are directly connected with our gadgets. Whether it is finance, health, business, social networking and even education, everything is connected with apps.

Applications aka apps, have played an important role, rather say primary role in taking iPhone or iPad experience to next level. In simple words, there cannot be any iPhone or iPad without apps. Can you ever think of your iPhone or iPad screen without apps, though iOS is the most advanced and smartest operating system? It would have been an ordinary operating system without anything to do with it.

Best iPhone Apps-Games

Let’s have a short trip in time machine to take a look in history. Apple launched the App Store in July, 2008 and there were 500 apps and out of these, 25% apps were free. The number of apps rose to 65,000 in July 2009. In September 2010, there were more than 250K apps that can be downloaded through App Store. (Source: Wikipedia)

If we take a look at June 2015 figures, there are more than 1.4 million apps available on App Store. The purpose behind giving these statistics is to get a clear picture on inevitability of apps. Furthermore, these apps can be classified under different categories: games, health and fitness, finance, email, messaging and many more.

We are now able to handle our finances more efficiently with the help of apps like Mint: Money Manager, Budget & Personal Finance. Earlier we used to either carry a diary or need to feed in all our finances in our computer; now we have it on our finger tips.

Monitoring fitness was never as easy as it is today with the help of fitness apps. In addition to that, if you have an Apple Watch, there is hardly any need to visit a doctor for routine check-up. Fitness apps can monitor your heartbeats, keep track of calories burnt, number of steps you walk, number of hours you sleep and much more than that. Details like this can help a lot to keep track of our daily lifestyle and can make necessary improvements based on analysis.

Apart from the serious finance and health apps, there are thousands of apps to relax your nerves: games, Music and videos. Life has been pretty hectic for all of us; taking time out of busy schedule and have a movie or play a game with friends is becoming a history each passing day. Thanks to amazing iPhone and iPad, we can now listen to our favorite music, watch movies / videos or even play a game with friends while commuting.

Apple has been constantly updating its hardware and software to deliver “never before” experience to its users. One of the best examples to prove this point is the latest new iOS with force touch; the new iPad Pro and also iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. But all these features would not have been possible without the apps supporting these features.

There are not enough words to explain how important role apps play in our day-to-day life. In simple words, we would be in a situation similar to Stone Age without these apps. Thanks to developers and Apple, we can now manage our life so smoothly.
