Apple further introduced the app and game trend of 2019. The Cupertino giant mentioned the most emerging plotline and noted the apps that did really well in the season.
As per Apple, apps that simplify storytelling received much love this year. Thanks to apps making podcasts, one-of-a-kind novels, and true-to-life photo collages are easier than ever before. For the gaming industry, reimagined blockbusters took the cake. In fact, two of the game category winners fall into this category itself.
Apple has also released the winners of the first-ever Apple Music awards. The awards ceremony will take place at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park Campus on Wednesday, December 4 at 6:30 p.m, EST. The event will be live streamed for Apple customers and Billie Eilish will grace the event by her performance.
