As a stock market player, you would certainly like to add some stocks and edit a few at regular intervals. Well, you can do this by your iOS device without going into Settings app. We present this information for stock market investors to keep an eye on multiple stocks every day.
How to Add Stocks on Notification Center of iPhone:
Step #1. Launch Stocks app from the Home screen of your iPhone/iPad.
Step #2. Tap on Hamburger button from the bottom right corner.
Step #3. Now tap on Plus (+) sign from the top left corner of your iPhone’s screen.
A search bar will open.
Step #4. Type in the name of stock, mutual fund, ETF, or Index.
The app will present a list of stocks; choose the right stock and tap on it.
Step #5. Now tap on Done from the top right corner.
The stock will be added to the list. You can repeat the same steps to add other stocks to the list.
How to Delete Stocks on Notification Center of iOS Device
Follow the first two steps as mentioned above.
Step #3. Tap on the red button of stock you want to delete from the list.
A Delete button will appear from the right side of screen.
Step #4. Tap on Delete button. The stock will be deleted.
Step #5. Finally, tap on Done.
Now you can check that the deleted stock will not appear in the main list of stocks. You can also check by swiping down Notification Center and check that the list shows newly added and deleted stocks.
How to Rearrange List of Stocks in Default Stocks App
If you want to check particular stocks first in the morning, you can rearrange all tickers in the Stocks app on your iPhone/iPad.
Step #1. Launch the Stocks app on your device.
Step #2. Tap on the Hamburger button from the bottom right.
You will see a list of stocks you have invested your money in.
Step #3. Tap and hold the Hamburger button of a particular company’s stock you want to rearrange.
Step #4. Now drag that stock up or down to rearrange it.
When you reach a desired position, release the finger. It is that simple!
